President Jim Wilson called the meeting to order on November 3, 2015 at the MCL Cafeteria.
The microphone was not operational, therefore Brandon Stevens assisted Jim in conducting the meeting.
Jim recognized Bob and Doris Walton who celebrated their 65th Wedding Anniversary.
There were no guest and no new members.
Roll call was answered by 47 members.
Care and Concern: Pam Luenz reported for Annette Williams. Cards were sent to Pat Wilder and Carrie Shishler. Jim Wilson had eye surgery. Kurt Williams had a procedure and Calvin Feleke is in Indianapolis for a 5 day treatment and is seeing positive results.
Drawings: Dave Hackney won the MCL gift card and Jim Walsh won the free Membership for a friend.
Minutes were read by Pam Luenz and approved as read. (Again no microphone)
Pam Luenz gave the Treasurer's report with a balance in checking of $4,559.66. Savings Balance is $978.04. Proceeds from the auction was $1,651.00. Membership is 113. A reminder that membership fees are due by January 1, 2016.
Pam also gave Brandon Stevens (incoming president) a catalog from "The Athlete" that we can order items from and they will put our LOGO on the items. They will put our Logo on items that aren't purchased from the catalog as well.
Joe Goss has been housing the Damnit Doll and was happy to pass it along to Tim Lange. Bob Findlay still has the golden spike but reported he has new tires with old ones for sale.
Harold Williams reported on the Men's Breakfast. The ladies once again had more in attendance at their luncheon than the men had at breakfast. Men meet the 3rd Friday at the Downtowner. Fran Larch reported the ladies had 19 in attendance at Arni's for lunch. Linda Cobb announced November Luncheon will be November 12th at Red Lobster. Dolores Findlay announced the Ladies' Luncheon for December will be December 1st and either design or bring a hat . . . or just come for a good time.
Old Business: Bob Waldron brought some items to the Soup Social that needed a new home. There are some caps, a couple shirts and
a few tote bags. Mrs. Waldron was the only female President of LIHAC and they were very active members several years ago.
Malcolm Miller reported on Ralph Manier's auction. The Packard sold for $12,000 and the gentleman who was bidding on the
Packard but didn't get it bought Malcolm's car instead which wasn't in the auction.
New Business: Election of Officers was held and the following officers were elected:

Vice President: Tim Lange
Treasurer: Pam Luenz
Secretary: Jean Gosma
Board of Directors: Gene McKinley, Harold Williams, and Dolores Findlay
Jerry Barnett and Jim Wilson are automatically on the Board as past Presidents.
November 18th will be a planning meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the MCL Cafeteria. All are welcome to attend.
December 13th will be the Christmas Party at the Findlay's at 3 p.m. Bring a "finger food" to share.
At the December meeting the Major from Salvation Army will be present to speak about their program.
The Club makes a $100 donation and the Major will accept both monetary and slightly used items.
