LIHAC MINUTES JANUARY 5, 2016

President Brandon Stevens called the meeting to order on January 5, 2016 at the MCL Cafeteria.

Roll call was answered by 47 members. We had one guest, Kenny Price, who has a 49 Olds and a 26 Ford Hot Rod. There were no new members.

Brandon introduced the 2016 LIHAC Officers and Board Members. Brandon recognized those members with January Birthday's or Anniversaries.

Linda Cobb reported on Care and Concern. A card was sent to Pat Fielke, who's Mother passed away. Other health concerns are for Calvin Fielke, Minke Luenz who is recovering, Joe Goss recovering, Jim Wilson and Martha Hays, recovering. Darlene Lumley will be having surgery next week.

Drawings: $20 MCL Gift Certificate went to Damon Hays, Membership for a friend when to Bonnie Goss.

A Thank You Card was read from Bob and Dolores Findlay for the Gift Certificate they received for hosting the LIHAC Christmas Party.

Linda Cobb reported on the Ladies Christmas Luncheon sponsored by Dolores Findlay. It was a great party. Thanks Dolores for all your hard work. Linda then announced the Ladies Luncheon for January will be January 12th. at Cheddar's at 11:30. Linda also presented Harold Williams with a fork and spoon for having fewer in attendance for their Breakfast gathering than the women did for their luncheon. The next men's breakfast is January 15th. (Third Friday)

The Secretary's report was read by Jean Gosma. Pam Luenz gave the Treasurer's report with a balance in checking of $4329.59. 2016 membership stands at 59 members.

Pam and Mike are hosting the Sweetheart Dinner on Sunday, February 7th at Logan's Roadhouse at 1:30. Please let them know if you can attend. the St. Patrick's Day event to be held on March 12th. If interested, let Brandon know ASAP.

Our next meeting will be held February 2, 2016 at MCL Cafeteria. 6:30 meal, meeting at 7 p.m.

Cade Messick told about purchasing a 1966 Mustang coupe that has been housed in a barn for 32 years, and is anxious to get it home and restored.
