President Brandon Stevens called the April LIHAC meeting to order on April 5, 2016 at the MCL Cafeteria.
Roll Call was answered by 50 members.
Secretary Jean Gosma read the March minutes and they were approved as read. Treasurer Pam Luenz gave the Treasurer's report with a balance in Checking of $3944.14 and Savings balance of $1003.04. Membership is at 105 members. Thirteen couples have not renewed their membership at this time.
Brandon recognized those with birthday's and anniversaries.
Linda Cobb reported on care and concerns. A card was sent to Jean Barnett as her brother passed away.
Jim Wilson was recently released from a ten day visit to the White County Hospital. Pat Fielke reported that Kent and Carrie Shishler's daughter (the one who had a heart transplant) now has a flesh eating disease. Judy Bunnell had foot surgery. Jean Barnett thanked the club and those who sent cards at the time of her brother's death.

Pat Lawson reported they had 14 at the March ladies luncheon and had a good time.
April ladies luncheon will be at the Hunter's Pub on Concord Road on April 21st. at 11:30 a.m.
The men had 19 at their March breakfast. They meet the 3rd. Friday of each month at 8:30.
Pam Luenz reported on the St. Patrick's gathering. The men had green mustache's and the ladies had green necklaces. Linda Cobb provided cupcakes and a good time was had by all.
Tim Lange hosted the Dog n Suds pre-tour taking the group to the Cario sky watch tower.
Mike Luenz gave some interesting data on anniversaries: Indiana celebrating 200 years as a State, 100th year for State and National Parks and 100th year for the Indianapolis 500. In interested in addition data, go to automag.com.
Tom Cobb distributed an informational page on a LIHAC over-night trip scheduled for November 26 and 27, 2016. This will be a bus trip to Louisville, KY to see the Christmas lights under Louisville. There will be a stop at Schimpff's Candy museum at Jeffersonville, IN and dinner will be at the Claudia Sanders Dinner House in Shelbyville KY. (Mrs. Colonel Sanders) We will be staying at the Breckinridge Inn in Louisville KY. A check for $57 each is due now to reserve your space on the bus and each person is responsible for making reservations at the hotel.
April 10, 2016 is the Bingo party at Rossville Masonic Lodge at 1 p.m. The Club is providing Pork BBQ and drinks. Bring a dish to share and table service.
April 19, 2016 Tim Lange will sponsor the GM Assembly plant tour at Roanoke, IN. Meet at 630 a.m. at East Tipp Middle School. After the tour Jim Walsh will direct everyone to the Famous Ft. Wayne Coney Island restaurant.
April 30,2016 is a car show at Boswell from 11 to 3. Another Club is sponsoring this show. Pancake breakfast prior to car show.

Annette and Curt Williams will be selling their 2 cars.
Todd Harrington announced that Purdue Federal Credit Union is hosting a car show on May 1st. to raise money for the Leukemia foundation. Register 12-2, show from 2 to 4:30. Perhaps this could be the Dog n Suds pre-tour.
May 7, 2016 is the Harrison Bike and Car show at Fairfield.
