The July 3rd, 2018, LIHAC Meeting was called to order by President, Tim Lange at 6:45. 53 members and 2 young guests
answered roll call.
The Secretary’s report was read and approved.
The Treasurer, Pam Luenz, reported that there were checks written for the total of $123.42 in June. The checking
account has $3301.64, the savings account has $1053.26 and there’s no change with the CD’s.
There are 17 birthdays and 7 anniversaries in the month of July.
Pam Luenz reported that there are 99 LIHAC member families, as of the July 3rd meeting.
Annette Williams sent Thinking of you/Get Well cards to Judy Bunnell, Joyce Miller and Brad Hess.
The MCL drawing went to Joe Goss, the Dog’ n Suds to Pat Fieleke and to recruit a new member went to John Coulson.
Jeff Findlay reported that there was a good crowd at the Cookout, June 9th.
The LIHAC Ladies Luncheon was Thursday, June 14th at Trish’s Red Bird Café in Dayton. There were 17 ladies and at the
June 15th Men's Breakfast there were 19 men.
Bobby Burkhalter reported that there were 7 cars at the Hildebrand car show, on June 16, at the Indiana Veterans Home.
On June 23, at the car show at St. Anthony’s there were 5 cars.
On June 30th, Jon Steiner headed up a Poker Run,and there were 8 vehicles. Patrick Goss won the gas card prize with 2
Aces. The last stop was The Igloo on Veteran’s Memorial Drive for treats.

July 15 LIHAC Picnic at Columbian Park, lunch at 1:00. Bobby and Marty Burkhalter are in charge. The club will
provide fried chicken and bottled water. Bring a chair, covered dish to share, table service and serving utensil.
July 18 LIHAC Ladies to meet for 11:30 lunch at Teay's River Brewery, sponsored by Marty Burkhalter.
July 20 Men's Breakfast at Downtowner at 8:30
July 27 28 Joe Newlin is hosting a Mini and Micro Car show
Joe Newlin has the pint size Dammit Doll living with him and Marlene Peterson has the beautiful Golden Spike hanging up
in her kitchen.
Don Gosma announced that he is hosting a Tractor Show with a picnic, at his home, August 17th and 18th. Hot dogs for
Friday noon, pulled pork sandwiches for Saturday noon, and pork ‘n beans Saturday evening.
Next meeting will be August 7th. Don’t forget the LIHAC Auction will be September 4th meeting.
