LIHAC MINUTES SEPTEMBER 3, 2019

The September 3, 2019 LIHAC Meeting was called to order at 6:00 by president Tim Lange. This is the night of the Annual Auction, so the meeting was started early instead of the regular 6:45.

The Secretary’s Report was read and approved. There had been 27 memberships paid at the auction

For a total of $405.00. The Treasurer’s report was read.

There were 15 birthdays and 9 anniversaries for the month of September.

The MCL drawing was won by Pam Luenz, Bill Layton won the Dog n Suds gift certificate and to recruit a new member was won by Gene McKinley.

Bob Walton reported that there were about 30 LIHAC friends that attended his 90th birthday bash.

Don Gosma reported that there were 44-46 cars and tractors at his event.

There was a nice turnout for the Ladies Luncheon at Pepe’s hosted by Fran Larch.

The Silver Dipper and Dog ‘n Suds had a great turnout of 16 people on September 1st.

15 Eldon Fredericks Memorial Car Show at University Place, 11-3. Brunch will be served at 11:00

22 Tour to Turkey Run Inn for lunch, leaving at 9:30 from 231 McDonald’s

27 Westminster Village car Display

The Dammit Doll is living with Curt Williams and the Golden Spike is still hanging out in Marlene Peterson’s kitchen.

The meeting was closed and the Auction was started. The money collected for the charities from the auction was $586.00

plus $31.00 given in donations. The total taken in for the charities was $617.00.
