The May 4th, 2021, LIHAC Meeting was held at the Red Bird Café, Dayton. Joe Goss, president called the meeting to order at 6:45, with 41 members answering roll call.
The Secretary’s minutes of the November 3, 2020 meeting were read. There hasn’t been a meeting since the November 2020 because of the CoVid 19 virus. There was a ZOOM get-together meeting November 20, for those who could participate.
The treasurer reported of 7 checks being written from November 3rd to May 3, 2021, leaving a balance of $2,840.72 in the checking account, the savings account has $1,052.03 and the CD has $1,112.58.
There were 2 new members in attendance, Bob and Janet Donelson, bringing the total membership to 70.
The drawing for the Red Bird Café gift card was won by Brandon Stevens, the Dog ‘n Suds went to Boni Goss and to recruit a new member went to Curt Williams.
April 15 was Ladies Luncheon at the Mexican restaurant across from DeFouw Chevrolet, there were 11 in attendance, and the the Men’s breakfast had 11 also in attendance.
April 30th, Tim and Janet Lange led a tour to Badger Grove and Beyond. Visited the Shrimp Aqua-culture Farm and Green House and had an ice cream stop in Otterbein.
For new business there was discussion about having an auction this fall, no date was decided.

Don Gosma made the motion to adjourn the meeting and Raymond Reeves seconded it. Meeting adjourned.
