LIHAC MINUTES JANUARY 4, 2022

LIHAC Meeting was called to order by President Paul Harshman at 7:00.

32 members were present as roll call was spoken around the room.

Secretary minutes of December 7th meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer's report were given with checking account of $2324.17 and savings of $1,052.11. The CD had an interest income of 19 cents, for a balance of $1113.89. Report was approved.

39 members have paid for 2022.

New member Richard Voyles was in attendance he had join in 2019 but due to Covid-this was the first meeting he had attended.

Birthdays and Anniversarys for January were read.

Care and Concerns it was reported that Harold Williams had fallen today reported he was okay but taking it easy tonight.

Jeff Findlay won the Arni's gift certificate. Raymond Reeves won the free membership for a friend.

Reports were given on December activities. Christmas Party. Ladies Lunch at The Bryant with 7 in attendance. Men's Breakfast they couldn't agree on how many but they know it was more than 7.

Paul asked for suggestions for activities for 2022. Roger Miller said they would do the picnic at his house again in August. Marti Burkhalter said they would do the Picnic in the Park in July. It was suggested we do an overnighter trip like we have done, Boni Goss agreed to plan. Suggestion was for trip to Ford's Garage in Noblesville, and/or Quaker Lube in Portage. Dave Hackney reported he still has plans for trip to Linden Depot Museum.

Brandon is still hold the dammit doll to deliver to Rob Johnson. Marlene Peterson still has the golden spike.
