Meeting was called to order by President Paul Harshman. Roll call was taken with 38 members present with 2 guests.
Guests were Ken Walton (Bob's son) and Chuck Tedrick (who joined the club).
Secretary and Treasurer's reports were read and approved.
The following cars were mentioned for sale in the club, '86 Cadillac, '51 Frazier, '48 Jeepster, and '65 Corvair.
Birthdays and Anniversaries for November were read.
Care and Concerns: Annette reported she has not been told of anyone having problems.

Tim Lange spoke on new website www.lihac.net . And that it was open to everyone, there is no sign in, but send him the info and he can put vehicles for sale on the site, but advised not to put too much personal info in the ad.

Officers for 2024 All of the officers have agreed to stay on. Motion was made and approved by the membership to accept all officers for the next year.
