Meeting was called to order by President Paul Harshman. Roll call was taken with 27 members and 1 guest present. The guest tonight was Julie, Gene Gangwer’s daughter number 6.
Secretary’s minutes of the November 4th meeting were read an approved.
Treasurer’s report was given by Nancy Erdes was approved.
Nancy reported that there were 45 members paid for 2026.
New Members Chris and Alicia Allen were in attendance tonight.
Birthdays and Anniversary’s were read.
Care and Concerns: Cards were sent to:
Ken Ledman who recently had a procedure, but was in attendance tonight - he said he is doing better but they are still monitoring him

LeMoyne Senesac had fallen and was recoverying at University Place
Bobby Burkhalter has been in the hospital with kidney problems.

Alisha Allen received the Christmas gift card.
It was reported that at the recent board meeting the board discussed Harold Doremire request for donation that people donate 10 cents a year of their age and the club will donate at years end to a charity the club chooses.
Per the Boards discussion on this and to simplify the process - the board suggest that the members make written sugggestion on what charity they think we should donate- we will accept suggestions at the January and February meetings. The boards will then announce the 3 top suggestions and a vote will be taken to see who we will donate to. It was also stated that the board suggest we accept donations in the Month of May (this could be for your age X 10 or any amount you would like to donate) and then we will donate the amount in June. We acknowledged that most donations are done in December, but thought a boost mid year could be helpful.
Ladies Lunch and Men’s Breakfast both reported 12 members attending.
Dave Hackney is researching where we can get new shirts and hats.
