Meeting was called to order by President Paul Harshman.
Roll call was given with 3 guest present.
Our guests were Deborah Hyde (Lora Layton’s daughter), Ned Gangwer (Gene’s Gangwer’s son) and Barry Richard from the Boys and Girls Club of Lafayette.
Paul Presented a check for $669 plus $25 cash and a $25 check a member had written directly to Boys and Girls Club to Barry Richard as a donation from the club being a total of $719.00. $469 from members and $250.00 as a match from the club.
Secretary’s minutes were read with 3 corrections noted:

Discussion on charging for Fish Fry - those who attended said it was very much worth the $5.00 charge. What we collected still only covered 25% of the cost.
Chuck Tedrick will be sending Tim info for the website for purchasing new shirts through Busy Bee Stitches in Frankfort, IN.
Tim announced there were 14 Car Show Flyers on the website.
